Wine and food

Wine is so much more than a drink
I love all about wines and experiences that you can have over a glass of wine. It is ultimately has to do with happy times, meeting people and relaxing. Over time, I grow to really appriciate good wines, and they do not need to be always expensive. I can see a lot of truth in saying "Life is too short to drink bad wine"
My all time favourites..
People often ask me what is my favourite wine.. And the truth is .. I don't have one. My preferences change depending on place, mood, weather, etc. But, there are few wines, which are my "all time favourite". For red, -good Ripasso is always a go for me, for white, -crispy and mineral Riesling goes always. And for bubbles, - Cava is now in the win ... but on the summer day, what can be better than a nice glass of Prosecco?
Good food, good mood
While I am all about good nutrition, there are also times you just go for it! And my favourite is of course - pizza!! Nowadays there is lots of hype on Napolitan pizza, but there are so many others that are just delicious!! ..and cheese is my other favourite at all times. The best thing - they can be enjoyed with wine & friends!
